My Ashwagandha Review

I have been taking Ashwagandha for 2 weeks now and I just wanted to share my own detailed personal review here with you guys. As you may already know I am a huge proponent of meditation, fitness and herbs/supplements.

I recently discovered this new herb called Ashwagandha and after reading about it I noticed all the amazing benefits it provides. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first. 

 

A few things stuck out for me which were the effects on sleep and energy. I was wondering how something could boost your energy and promote sleep at the same time. Both those benefits seem to be at opposite ends of the spectrum.  Nevertheless, I decided to go with my gut and try it out.

I took about a teaspoon of the powder with room temp water about 1 hour before bedtime. I woke up the next morning and felt WICKEDLY AMAZING. I had the deepest sleep imaginable. I just remembered falling asleep within record time and then never tossing or turning during sleep nor did I recall at any time during the night where I woke up. 

 

I did feel a bit more tired than usual upon waking up and I felt that either I needed to take less dosage or my body needs to adapt to this MIRACLE sleep herb. I was ready to take half a teaspoon the next time around. 

 

The next night I felt the same effects minus the fatigue in the morning. I was on my way. Again I had the deepest sleep imaginable. I feel asleep rather quickly again and never had an ounce of disturbed sleep. No tossing, no turning and no waking up during the night. No nightmares as well, ha.

 

During the day, I felt STUPENDOUS and TREMENDOUS as well.  I was shocked to see the numerous benefits actually manifesting themselves in my life. I am not usually one who gets fooled by all the weight loss miracle pills and 7 day six pack formulas out there but when something works like this there is no disputing it. 

 

During my day, I felt increased levels of mental clarity. I did not have the brain fog that many people suffer from. I also noticed that I was significantly calmer and relaxed during my day and I really noticed it during work when things usually get hectic. I was effective and relaxed in my most stressful part of my day. I also felt no stress. Stress just disappeared. I could not believe it. This I believe is all a result of the deep wonderful sleep I had from taking Ashwagandha. It makes so much sense. And all of this without any drowsiness or negative effects. It is a healing natural herb.
