Review

I’d had less sleep than normal and was starting in the early time slot. I was ready to start and get this ‘over and one with’ which is probably not the best way to begin!

This was a difficult session. I lost focus very easily and realised I was getting quite intense pins and needles during the session.

I did finish, however, the constant switching of focus meant I didn’t have the same relaxed energy I’ve been seeing after some of my other recent sessions. I’m also writing this a couple of days after the event. The next time I get a difficult session I’ll to capture it in more detail for review.
