I’d had to wait until the afternoon before I had a chance to sit. I was fairly tired
This was probably not a very good time to meditate. I was tired and sleepy, but I wanted to have the session anyway so I didn’t miss a day.
I sat and found a pleasant stillness. Some thinking did interrupt, but mostly the danger was falling asleep. The dullness lulled me away a few times into a quiet pleasant place.
I enjoyed the sitting but had very little awareness. The morning time definitely suits me better for focusing. I was glad to have done this though. It keeps the routine going.
